All orders are shipped via USPS mail for both domestic (US) and international orders. We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. However, during busy times, sales, and holidays, packaging and shipping can take a few days longer than normal. Monthly clubs are generally shipped within two weeks of order confirmation.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can login your account and under order, history to find your tracking number.
*All Customs & Duties Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees will be charged based on your individual countries requirements. Please know your customs before you purchase as it can add to your costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or duties holds.

Please note that one a shipment leaves the US it is no longer "trackable" until deliver (boxes however are still trackable). Customs can also add significant time to your delivery, we have seen packages take over 90 days to be delivered (this is extreme but happens). We will not refund an order or resend an item until at least 60 days have passed without delivery.
