Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via USPS mail for both domestic (US) and international orders. We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. However, during busy times, sales, and holidays, packaging and shipping can take a few days longer than normal. Monthly clubs are generally shipped within two weeks of order confirmation.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can log in your account and under order, history to find your tracking number.
Customs & Duties Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees will be charged based on your individual countries requirements. Please know your customs before you purchase as it can add to your costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or duties holds.
Lost/Stolen Delivery
Please ensure you are shipping to a safe location. Once the USPS has made the delivery it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delivered packages that are lost or stolen after the delivery is made. If your package says "Delivered" but you can't find it; First check that the address you provided was correct. Second, check with others who might have accepted it for you (family, roommate, neighbors etc.). Finally, contact your local post office with tracking number, they might have additional information or may be holding your package for you there (this happens often).
